Cancellation
Please note: If an earlier move-out is requested, the "Available Earlier" date will be published in accordance with Bostaden's rental policy.
The "Requested Earlier Move-Out Date" is binding and serves as a definitive authorization.
If a new tenant accepts and selects the "Available Earlier" date, you will receive a new termination confirmation indicating the updated end date of your lease.
Showing your flat
Prospective tenants usually want to view the flat. Under the Swedish Rent Act, you are obliged to let the prospective
tenants view the flat, although of course this must be arranged with the new tenant. If you are unable to show the flat,
you can contact the area landlord and authorize him/her to show the flat for you.
To facilitate the viewing, we will share your contact details (name and phone number) with the people who receive
the offer, so that they can contact you to arrange a time for the viewing.
