What does Scrive do?

Scrive is a premium service for digital legal agreements, from e-signatures to retail point-of-sale. When you buy a phone and sign the contract on an iPad, that’s us. We serve enterprise customers across Europe and include industries such as telecom, banking, insurance, automotive and more. Scrive is based in Stockholm, Sweden.

We are looking for:

  • Someone to take responsibility for enterprise sales with commitment and enthusiasm.
  • You will wrangle business opportunities through the entire sales cycle by engaging with senior business, Legal and IT executives across Europe.
  • You will be able to approach Enterprise level accounts with a partly-defined customer journey, where demos and customer references are key elements.
  • You are analytical about business and you excel in understanding your customer stakeholders, their needs, financials and pain points.

  • Manage the entire sales process to ensure delivery against key performance metrics, with a strong emphasis on new business sales, targeting new accounts.

  • Build and develop your sales pipeline to ensure continuous over-achievement, through a combination of cold calling, social media, email campaigns and market sector intelligence.

  • Challenge the way Scrive thinks and works on a daily basis, and call bullshit when you see it. Position Scrive’s services through strategic value-based selling, business case definition, legal guidance, etc.

  • Engage with various stakeholders within prospect organizations, navigating parallel processes with different personas and departments.

  • Sell new things in new ways. i.e. — be willing to clear a path for others to follow, and develop the paths that others have cleared before you.

  • Manage the full sales process by involving appropriate internal resources such as Presales Engineers, Project Managers, Legal expertise etc.

  • Daily updating of our CRM-system, Salesforce, with accurate customer and pipeline data. Accurately forecast deals and revenue delivery on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.

  • Work above, below, across, and around your job description to get things done.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree (or equivalent experience) in Economics, Law or IT or Background in solution-selling to B2B, as an Account Executive; BD-role or similar
  • 3 years quota carrying and proven track record of continuous sales over achievement vs targets in B2B-solution selling
  • Strong technical interest
  • High credibility internally and with customers
  • Strong tenure with previous employers
  • Experience from working in Salesforce or similar CRM

Bonus points for:

  • Telecom sales, CRM application sales or similar experience.

  • Experience selling enterprise software solutions

  • Experience from doing Inside Sales
  • A good personal network on a C-Level
