Partnership with Pinewood accelerates digitalisation of the British automotive industry
Scrive is pleased to announce a new partnership with Pinewood, a leading provider of Dealer Management System (DMS) software.
The integration of Scrive eSign into Pinewood’s Sales+ app closes one of the last digital gaps in the Pinewood DMS platform, which is used worldwide by franchise operations, used car dealers and truck and motorcycle distributors. Salespeople can send agreements to the customer for e-signing directly from the offer presentation by SMS or email. Once signed, the documents are automatically archived in the DMS and made accessible directly from the customer record in the app.
The digital showroom is becoming more commonplace, meeting customer demand to shop for cars and even complete the purchase online. Scrive’s e-signature solution now makes a 100% digital experience possible. By keeping all sales data in digital form, dealers save time and eliminate administrative tasks, not just in the sales process but through simplified customer management.
“Working with the team at Scrive was really easy”, says Neville Briggs, Managing Director of Pinewood. “They know their product and the market extremely well. They also offer a competitive pricing structure that works for our customers. We look forward to getting more dealers on board and seeing the results.”
Scrive CEO Victor Wrede says: “Our goal is to provide our customers worldwide with a cost-effective and user-friendly way to send digital documents for e-signing, making the entire car buying and service process one hundred percent digital. We will see success when dealers provide their customers with the digital omnichannel experience they are looking for.”
